Shopping Market Guidelines

The Shopping Market is designed to be a “shopping experience” for conference participants.
Vendors who participate must have items ready to purchase (not informational booths).
Vendors must also provide a door prize to give away during the conference break out sessions.

Shopping Market Place Guidelines

The Market Place will be located in the ballroom where the keynote speaker is speaking at lunch and the closing celebration will be at 4pm.

Application Form must be returned by August 1, 2016. Confirmation for your booth will be emailed to you by August 31, 2016. Your payment and door prize will be due September 4, 2016. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of booth.

Cost to Participate Options
$150 – Single Booth (must provide 1 door prize)
$300 – Double Booth (must provide 2 door prizes)

$35 Conference lunch w/Keynote Speaker
$15 Electricity
$15 Box Lunch

We have a limited number of double booths for $300 respectively.

Vendors must have items ready to purchase and go home with.

Booth Details – 8’ x 10’ space with one 6’ skirted table, 2-3 sides draped, 1-2 chairs, booth designation sign. Electrical outlets may be requested and are given on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will need to bring their own extension cords. Please note: You must stay within the dimensions of your space.

Show Hours – Friday, September 16, 2016 from 11:00. – 5:00 p.m. The Shopping Market Place will open at 11:00 and close during lunch. Please be prepared to cover your merchandise if you leave your table during lunch. The League City Regional Chamber of Commerce is not liable or responsible for any lost/stolen or broken merchandise. Shopping will resume after lunch until the first afternoon session around 2:15 begins, between sessions and at the closing celebration. Remember vendors will be in the ballroom where the action is!

Lunch – Shopping Market Place will be closed. If you would like to be seated at a ballroom table for lunch, we are able to offer that option to our vendors for the reduced price of $35.00 payable with booth reservation.

Booth Set Up/Break Down – Set up will be Friday, September 16, 2016 from 9:15 am to 10:45 am. All vendors are required to remain open until 5:00 pm.

Check-In – Vendors are to check in before setting up your booth to receive name badges and other conference information. Name Badges must be worn at all times during conference.
